The Google Dictionary Is Here!
So concluding, Digg does NOT have a democratic system of voting - my submitted stories' diggs went up as I befriended top Digg guys. Well, in voting theory, it does, but in reality it does not as people almost *mindlessly* vote for articles their friends dugg.
Nowadays I use digg (I submitted an article about Itanium 2 being released - maximum 10 diggs much less a front page) and Reddit, which is proving to be a better service for tech AND other news (though I do realize Digg has other news as well.)
Good article.
Cross-digging works, it may not be how digg.com wants things to work, but they can't really stop it.
BTW, added you as friend.
