I smell some BS here - it feels like Google is going to do to JotSpot what it did to Writely - kill a lot of functionality and design, and make it their own (i.e. Google Docs & Spreadsheets, maybe Google Collab or something)

wow..even google have their own calendar and so on, they still want to buy another web.
Same happens to yourtube before.
But i think they actually don't really excited with those functionality (they can built their own right?) but they want to have some publicity.

Sankar: The original Google corporate motto was "Don't be evil".
